Projet Ste Sophie Bohain
Partenariat entre la section Modes de Cambrai et cosmétiques de Bohain.
Objectif : conception et réalisation d'une blouse pour les esthéticiennes.
Dans le cadre des PPCP, la classe de Terminale Bac Pro Cosmétique nous a sollicité pour la conception et la réalisation d’un prototype de blouse, adapté à leur métier d’esthéticienne.
Nous travaillons donc en partenariat sur ce projet, qui entre dans le cadre de la formation de nos élèves.
Après plusieurs contacts téléphoniques, Mme Waszak responsable référent de Bohain, nous a fait parvenir une figurine du modèle de blouse qu’elle souhaite.
Mme Gosteaux a réalisé le moulage sur mannequin.
Après essayage et retouches, Mme Trzésicki se charge de la partie Lectra qui consiste à :
-la création du col et de la manche ;
-la digitalisation de tous les éléments de la blouse ;
-la gradation de tous les éléments, de la taille 36 à la taille 46 ;
-le placement de patrons dans toutes les tailles ;
-le tirage des différentes planches patrons.
Dans ce projet : élaboration du dossier technique complet (figurine, nomenclature, essais techniques machines et matières, solutions technologiques, plan de coupe à l’échelle réduite, calculs du coût de revient).

Between the Fashions section of Cambrai and cosmetics of Bohain. Objective: conception and realization of overall for the beauticians.
Within the framework of the PPCP, the class of Terminal Cosmetic Vocational high school diploma sought us for the conception and the realization of a prototype about overall, adapted to their beautician's profession.
So we work in partnership on this project, which is enter within the framework of the training (formation) of our pupils.
After several phone contacts, the manager, Mrs Waszak referent of Bohain, sent us a figurine of the model of overall which she wishes.
Mrs Gosteaux realized the moulding on model.
After fitting and retouch, Mrs Trzésicki takes care of the part "Lectra" which consists in:
The creation of the collar and the sleeve;
The digitalisation of all the elements of the blouse;
The gradation of all the elements, the size 36 until the size 46;
Patterns' placement in all the sizes;
The edition of the various boards patterns.
In this project: elaboration of the complete technical file (figurine, nomenclature, technical tries machines and materials, technological solutions, sectional drawing in the reduced scale, the calculations of the cost price).
